Finds the articles associated with a specified combination of keywords. Use the Build Query Dialog Box to specify a logical expression of keywords using operators such as AND, OR, and NOT. Queries can also specify whether or not to include bookmarked articles in the results, to only include articles with attachments, to include articles related to a keyword group, and to only include articles within a date range.

 

All articles matching the resulting expression are listed in the Index Window.

 

To access this command quickly, select the Build Query button from the Tools Toolbar.

 

The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Q performs this command.
