Check Spelling Command

Checks the spelling in the title and content of the current Article Window.

If an unknown word is found, the Check Spelling dialog box is displayed. That dialog box suggests changes to the word or allows you to edit it. It also allows you to change your Spelling Options and Spelling Dictionaries.

Note:

The Ignore All and Change All options in the Check Spelling dialog box apply only to the current article until you run the spell-checker on another article.

This command is only available if the current window is an Article Window.

To access this command quickly, select the Check Spelling button from the Tools Toolbar.

The keyboard shortcut F7 performs this command.
