From the Index Window, you can easily find articles associated with any keyword (see Retrieving Related Articles). To find articles with no keywords assigned to them, however, you must use the Build Query command.
To find articles without any keywords:
• | Select the Build Query command from the Edit menu. |
The Build Query dialog box is displayed.
• | If the Query edit box is not empty, select the Clear button. |
• | Select the No Keywords button. |
The word NOKEYS appears in the Query edit box.
• | Select the OK button to run the query. |
In the Index Window, the titles of articles without keywords are now displayed in the Query Titles column.
