• | If Today's Date is selected, the article date is set to the current date on your computer. |
• | If System File Date is selected, the article date is set to the "Modified Date" property of the imported file. |

• | Select File Name Only to use only the name of the imported file, without the path or file type. |
• | Select First Line of Article to create each title from the first line of the imported article's content. |
Duplicate Articles

• | Select Report Duplicates to check for duplicates and report them, giving you the option of deleting duplicates or leaving them on a case by case basis. |
• | Select Discard Duplicates to automatically delete any imported articles which are exact duplicates of articles already present in the current data file. |
• | Select Leave Duplicates to not check for duplicates during importing. |
Open Imported Articles
If this box is checked, newly imported articles are automatically opened, each in its own Article Window. If you are importing hundred of articles at once, this may strain your Windows System resources, and we recommend that you turn off this option.
