To find all private articles within an open data file:
• | If the privacy indicators are not showing in the Titles column of the Index Window, select the Preferences command from the File menu. |
The Preferences dialog box is displayed.
• | On the Index Window tab, make sure that the Show Privacy checkbox is checked. |
If this box is not checked, click it to check it.
• | Select the OK button to close the Preferences dialog box. |
The privacy indicators will now show in the Titles column next to each private article.
• | In the File menu, select the Show Private Articles command to display private articles. |
If this command is already checked, then private articles are already showing. If this command is grayed out, then this data file has no private articles.
• | Type your password into the Enter Your Password dialog box and press Enter. |
• | Click on the Show All Titles button on the Toolbar. |
OR Select the Show All Titles command from the Article menu.
If your data file is very large, this may take a few moments.
• | In the header of the Titles column, click on the privacy indicator to sort by privacy. |
All private articles are sorted to the top of the Titles column.
