You can make individual articles private with password protection. To protect an individual article:
• | Highlight the article's title in the Titles column of the Index Window. |
OR Open the article's Article Window by double-clicking on its title in the Index Window.
• | Select the Article Properties command from the Article menu. |
The Article Properties dialog box is displayed.
• | Click on the Make Private checkbox. |
If the box is checked, this article is already password-protected.
• | Select the OK button. |
If you have not previously specified a password for this data file, you are prompted to create a password. This password applies to all protected articles in this file.
The next time you open this data file, this article will remain hidden until you use the Show Private Articles command (File Menu).
NOTE: | Please remember your password. You will be required to give this password the next time you open this file's private articles. If you lose your password, you will lose access to your private articles. |
