You can customize the Article Windows in several ways. All windows can be resized in the normal Windows manner and can be minimized and maximized. Following are some additional changes you can make to the Article Windows.
To remove the article date from all Article Windows:
| • | Select the Preferences command from the File menu. |
The Preferences dialog box is displayed.
| • | Select the Articles tab. |
| • | Click on the Display Date in Article Window checkbox. |
If the box is checked, article dates are displayed in all Article Windows. If the box is not checked, the dates are not displayed.
You can similarly remove the article time using the Display Time in Article Window option in the same dialog box.
| • | Select the OK button to close the Preferences dialog box. |
To resize the Keywords list in the Article Window:
| • | Move the separator between the content area and the Keywords list, when the movement cursor appears.  |
