If an article has one or more attachments, you can view icons for the attachments in a pane at the bottom of the Article Window. For attachments to image files, thumbnails of the images are shown. This pane is called the Image Gallery.
If the Image Gallery does not display automatically when you open an Article Window, then either the Image Gallery setting is turned off, the Image Gallery has been hidden, or this article has no attachments.
To turn on the Image Gallery setting:
• | Select the Preferences command from the File menu. |
The Preferences dialog box is displayed.
• | Select the Articles tab. |
• | Click on the Show Image Gallery in Article Window checkbox. |
If the box is checked, the Image Gallery is shown whenever you open an article that has attachments. If the box is not checked, the Image Gallery is never displayed.
You can select the size of image thumbnails for the Image Gallery to be Small, Medium, or Large.
• | Select the OK button to close the Preferences dialog box. |
If the Image Gallery has been hidden for the current Article Window, to show it:
• | Select the Image Gallery command from the Article menu. |
If this command is checked, the Image Gallery is showing for the current Article Window.
You can also show the Image Gallery pane by clicking on the horizontal "handle" at the bottom of the Article Window under the main article content area.
