Creating a Group of Related Keywords

As your data file grows, you may want to organize keywords into groups. To create a keyword group:

 

Select the Manage Keyword Groups command from the Keyword menu.

 

The Manage Keyword Groups dialog box is displayed.

 

Select the New button.

 

The Keyword Group dialog box is displayed.

 

Type a name for this group of keywords in the Name field.

 

Select any number of keywords from the Available keywords list and move them to the Included list.

 

Double-clicking on a keyword in the Available list moves it to the Included list.

 

Select the OK button to finish selecting keywords.

 

The new group's name is shown in the Keyword Groups list in the Manage Keyword Groups dialog box.

 

Select the Close button to exit the Manage Keyword Groups dialog box.

 

If you cannot see the Keyword Groups column in the Index Window, click the Keyword Groups command from the View menu to display it.
