Shows or hides the Keyword Groups column in the Index Window. If this menu command is not checked, then the Keyword Groups column is not displayed and any keyword groups in this file are ignored. If this menu command is checked, then the keyword groups feature is active.

You can also hide the Keyword Groups column by clicking on the "handle" between the Keyword Groups column and the Index column.

If the Keyword Groups column is currently hidden, click on the "handle" or use the Keywords Groups Command again to show the column.
