Adds one or more keywords to the data file without assigning them to any article. The Add Keywords to Index Dialog Box is displayed, showing a list of already existing keywords.

 

The keyboard shortcut for this command is to press the Ins (Insert) key while the cursor is in the Index column of the Index Window.
