Imports a list of keywords from an external text file. Select the name of the file to import using the Import Keyword List Dialog Box.
This command creates one keyword from each line of the imported file and inserts the imported keywords into the Index column. The new keywords are not assigned to any articles. Duplicate keywords are not created, so any imported keyword which is already in the Index is discarded.
The new keywords are highlighted in the Index for easy identification.
Example:
Importing the following file will add the keywords "Monday", "Tuesday", and "All Weekdays" to the current file's Index:
Monday Tuesday All Weekdays
