Selected Keyword Mode Command

Specifies whether the articles listed in the Index Window must be associated with all or any of the Selected keywords. Select AND or OR from the cascading menu. The option currently in use is checked.

Selected Keyword Mode options:

•	AND lists all articles associated with ALL keywords in the Selected Column.

•	OR lists all articles associated with ANY keywords in the Selected Column.

NOTE:

Selecting AND or OR here is equivalent to creating a query with the Build Query Command (Edit Menu) which strings the listed keywords together with a string of AND or OR operators.

Changing Selected Keyword Mode from the Selected Column Header

You can also toggle the Selected Keyword Mode between AND and OR by clicking on the Selected column header in the Index Window.
