Creates a new data file, closing any file currently open. Select a name for the new file using the New File Dialog Box.
To access this command quickly, select the New File button from the Standard Toolbar. 
The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+N performs this command. To open an existing data file, use the Open Command (File Menu).
| Note: | Personal Knowbase can not create a new file on a disk or other media with less than 10,240 bytes available. |
