Opens an existing data file, closing any file currently open. Select which file to open using the Open Dialog Box.
To access this command quickly, select the Open File button from the Standard Toolbar. 
The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+O performs this command. To create a new data file, use the New Command (File Menu). Personal Knowbase keeps a list of the most recently accessed files. You may open one of these four files by selecting its name from the bottom of the File menu.
| TIP: | You can open multiple data files at once by opening multiple copies of Personal Knowbase, each showing a different data file. |
