Combines the currently selected keyword with another keyword. Highlight the keyword that you want to remove in the Index or Selected column of the Index Window and select this command. Then select the keyword to combine it with from the Merge Keyword Dialog Box. The first keyword will be deleted from the data file, and articles associated with that keyword will be assigned the second keyword.

 

This command is only available if one keyword is highlighted. Merging keywords is not undoable.
