Deletes the selected keyword from the data file. Highlight the keyword that you want to delete in the Index column of the Index Window and select this command. To delete any number of keywords together, see Selecting Multiple List Items. The Delete Keywords Dialog Box which is displayed allows you to review the keywords you are removing.

 

This command is only available if one or more keywords are highlighted in the Index column. Deleting keywords is not undoable.

 

The keyboard shortcut Del performs this command.
