This dialog box lists the keyword(s) that you have selected to delete. The number of articles that each keyword is assigned to is displayed to the right of the keyword.

 

Select the Yes button to verify that you want to delete the listed keyword(s) from the data file. Select the No button to cancel the deletion. Deleting keywords is not undoable.

 

Any keyword currently highlighted in the Index column of the Index Window is deleted.
