Select Query to Run Dialog Box

When more than 20 queries have been saved, the Run Saved Query Command (Edit Menu) can no longer display all of the saved queries in its cascading menu. In that case, you can select from the whole list of available queries from this dialog box.

Existing Queries

Lists all queries which have been saved. Click on an existing query's name to view its query string and dates in the Query Text and Dates boxes.

Query Text

Shows the query string of the query that is highlighted in the Existing Queries box.

Dates

Shows the dates, if any, for the query that is highlighted in the Existing Queries box.

Run Button

Runs the selected query.
