Save Shared Keywords Dialog Box

You have made changes to the shared keywords for all articles currently highlighted in the Titles column of the Index Window. Select the Yes button to save the modified articles to the data file. Select the No button to reverse the keyword changes made to the articles. Select the Cancel button to return to the Shared Keywords for Highlighted Articles Dialog Box.

Save Articles without Displaying Warnings for This Session

If this box is checked, Save Article messages are not displayed again during your current Personal Knowbase session. In this case, all changes made to shared keywords are always saved when the Shared Keywords for Highlighted Articles Dialog Box is closed.

NOTE:

You can permanently turn off this warning message for this session and all future sessions from the Articles tab of the Preferences dialog box (File Menu).
