Creates a new article in the current data file. Personal Knowbase opens an Article Window for the new article. You may then enter the article's title and content and assign keywords to the article. The article's date is the current date unless you edit it. When the Article Window is closed, the article is automatically saved to the data file. You may save an article before closing the window by using the Save Article Command (Article Menu).

 

This command is only available if a data file is open.

 

To access this command quickly, select the New Article button from the Standard Toolbar.

 

The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+1 performs this command.
