Displays basic information about the currently open data file and allows you to customize its settings. To save your settings, select the OK button.
This dialog box is displayed when you select the File Properties Command (File Menu).
File Information
Name
The full path name (drive, folder, and filename) of the file.
Comments
A description for this file.
Size
The size of the file in bytes.
Articles
The number of articles stored in the file. New, unsaved articles are not counted.
Keywords
The number of keywords in the index.
Keyword Groups
The number of keyword groups in the file.
Reminders
The number of reminders in the file.
Read-Only
If this box is checked, the file was opened as a read-only file. A file may be opened read-only from the Open Dialog Box (File Menu).
Export Header
Specifies the header for exported files. This header is used for files exported as text, RTF, or HTML files.
Font
Change the default display and printer font for the current data file only. The currently selected font is shown to the left of the Font button. See Font Dialog Box.
This font is the default font for article content text, which may be further formatted from the Article Window. It is also used for the Index Window, reports, titles, dates, keywords, and printing page headers and footers.
