Allows you to specify an attachment for this article.
This dialog box is displayed when you select the Add or Edit button from the Attachments tab of the Article Properties Dialog Box. To add or change this attachment, select the OK button. Select the Cancel button to abort the change.

Attachment Type
Specifies the type of attachment:
• | If File Name is selected, this attachment is to a disk file. |
• | If Folder is selected, this attachment is to a folder on your computer. |
• | If Internet Address is selected, this attachment is to an Internet address (URL). |
Include Attachment in Open List
If this box is checked, this attachment will be opened with the article when attachments are set to open automatically. This attachment will also be opened when the Open Attachments Command (Article Menu) is used. If this box is not checked, the attachment can only be opened individually.
You can change whether an attachment is in the open list with this checkbox or by clicking on the checkbox beside its name in the Attachments list of the Attachments tab of the Article Properties dialog box.
Include Attachment in Image Gallery
If this box is checked, an icon or image thumbnail for this attachment will be shown in the Image Gallery. By default, all attachments are included, but you can suppress an attachment by un-checking the box.
Target
Type the disk file, folder, or Internet address to link to this article.
To locate a file or folder on your computer for a File Name or Folder attachment, use the Browse button. The Browse button is only available if the Attachment Type is File Name or Folder.
Attachments Using Relative Paths
If you use the Browse button to select the Target for a File Name or Folder attachment, the full absolute path and file name is inserted in the Target field.
Alternatively, you can type a file or folder name into the Target field. If a full path name is not included in a file target, Personal Knowbase locates your file relative to the folder specified on the Articles tab of the File Properties Dialog Box.
