The Undo Article Changes command reverses all changes made to the current article, restoring its state when it was last opened or saved. This command is available only if the current window is an Article Window and if changes have been made since the article was opened or saved. Saved changes are not undoable.

 

If you use this command to undo article changes, this command becomes Redo Article Changes. Use the Redo Article Changes command to re-make the changes to the article.

 

To access this command quickly, select the Undo Article button from the Standard Toolbar.

 

To reverse only the last change made to the current article, use the Undo Command (Edit Menu).
