Save Unsaved Articles Dialog Box

This message may be displayed during a Find, Replace, or Build Query operation. The operation can only be performed on articles which have been saved to the data file. There are currently unsaved open articles which may be included in the results.

Select the Save button to save the unsaved articles and proceed with the operation. Select Cancel to stop the operation.

Save Articles without Displaying Warnings for This Session

If this box is checked, Save Article messages are not displayed again during your current Personal Knowbase session. In this case, changes made to articles are automatically saved when you run this type of operation.

NOTE:

You can permanently turn off this warning message for this session and all future sessions from the Articles tab of the Preferences dialog box (File Menu).
