Save Article Dialog Box

You have made changes to the article currently displayed in the Article Window. Select the Yes button to save these changes to the data file. Select the No button to reverse all changes made to the current article, restoring the article to its state when it was last opened or saved. Select the Cancel button to return to the Article Window without closing the article or saving the changes.

This dialog box is displayed when you close an article with unsaved changes.

Save Articles without Displaying Warnings for This Session

If this box is checked, Save Article messages are not displayed again during your current Personal Knowbase session. In this case, all changes made to an article are always saved when the Article Window is closed.

NOTE:

You can permanently turn off this warning message for this session and all future sessions from the Articles tab of the Preferences dialog box (File Menu).
