Look at a Sample File
• | Use the Open button to open the file SAMPLE.KNO. |
• | Double-click on any title in the All Titles column to view an article. |
Create Your Own Data File
• | Use the New button to create a new file. |
• | Use the New Article button to create a new article. |
Article Window
• | Type your information in the Article Title and Content areas. |
• | Double-click on the Keywords list box to assign keywords to the article. |
• | Close the Article Window to save it. |
Index Window
• | Your new article's title and keywords appear in the Index Window. |
• | Double-click on a keyword in the Index column to see the titles of all articles associated with that keyword. |
