Print Report Dialog Box

Controls printing the information from the current report window. Select the OK button to print the report.

This dialog box is displayed when you select the Print Command (File Menu) while viewing any report.

Printer

Name

Select the printer that you want to use. Shows information about the selected printer.

Properties Button

Select printing options for the specified printer. The options available depend on the printer's features.

Copies

Set the number of copies to print.

Page Setup

This button accesses the Page Setup Dialog Box, which sets page formatting options for the current data file.
