This dialog box combines the keyword group which was highlighted in the Keyword Groups column of the Index Window with the keyword group selected here.

 

Select the OK button to merge the keyword groups. The merged keyword group is deleted from the data file, and all keywords which were members of the merged keyword are now members of the Into group selected here.

 

Select the Cancel button to exit without making changes to the groups.

 

Merge:

 

Displays the keyword group which you highlighted in the Keyword Groups column of the Index Window. This group will be merged into the group selected in the Into column below and will be deleted from the data file.

 

Into:

 

Select the keyword group from this column that you wish to merge with the previously highlighted group shown above.
