Exports a list of all keywords from the current data file to an external file. Creates a simple text file containing all keywords with one keyword on each line.

 

Select the Save button to export the keywords.

 

This dialog box is displayed when you select the Export Keyword List Command (Keyword Menu).

Select the folder where you want to export the file.

 

File Name

 

Select or type a name for the exported file. The large box lists files in the selected folder with the file type selected in the Save as Type box.

Select the type of file you want to create.

 

Text Files (*.txt)

Lists all files in the selected folder with the TXT extension. Only text files can be created from this command.
