Changing a Hypertext Link to Plain Text

To change a hypertext link back to plain text (that is, to remove the link):

•	Within the content area of the Article Window, click on the hypertext link that you want to remove.

The entire link is selected.

•	Click on the Edit Hypertext link button on the Tools Toolbar.

OR Select the Edit Hypertext Link command from the Edit menu.

This is normally the Insert Hypertext Link command, but changes to the Edit Hypertext Link command when an existing link is selected.

The Hypertext Link Properties dialog box is displayed.

•	In the dialog box, change the Link Type to No Link.

•	Select the OK button after making your changes.
